The Role:

All travel is paid door to door.
Working exclusively on one contract -you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across 6-mixed use sites, (industrial and commercial) between Nottingham, Birmingham-and Peterborough.

You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out general PPM''s and fabric work.

The person:

• It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.

Salary:

-40,500 - -42,500, all travel paid, private use of the van, door to door, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
Currently there is no call out rota although this may change in the coming months-to a 1 in 7 rota, with standby being paid at -150 per week
