Reporting into the Contract Services Manager, the Contract Controller will be responsible for providing support to a Contract Service team and/or internal/external Stakeholders, providing Performance, Financial and Commercial support for newly awarded fault maintenance contract, covering the South West region. What youll do: Ensuring that reporting is structured and accurate, documentation is submitted in accordance with Stakeholder requirements, processes are maintained or established/followed/documented and relevant databases/systems are correctly utilised Support the Contract Review Process and being involved with contract updates and identification of risks/opportunities Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Collation of Information required for New Client Requests and Order Acceptance Performance, Financial and Commercial Reporting, inclusive of Actual vs Budget and Forecasting Be the initial point of contact for Clients ..... full job details .....
