You will:Be seen as a Leader in HR matters by the key stakeholders and leadership team - adding value by having a strong commercial awareness of the business environment both wider and local. Lead on the development and implementation of HR change projects. Lead with Union negotiations utilising a strongly developed relationship. Lead on restructuring projects. Drive the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda across all areas of responsibility by supporting and encouraging involvement.
