Role OverviewAn established regional law firm is seeking a Credit Hire Litigator to join their Bolton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track Credit Hire claims, handling liability-disputed cases, and progressing matters through to trial.
