Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the construction industry and end-user markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that add value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth delivery of projects.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the construction or related sectors.
• Experience selling to contractors, developers, or end users would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
