ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behavioral Support Assistant to work within Schools in Birmingham. The role-A Behavior Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting individuals who may have challenging behaviors, often in educational or therapeutic settings.-Their primary responsibility is to assist and implement strategies designed to address and manage challenging behaviors.-Assisting in the development of individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.-Working closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistency in implementing behavior interventions.The School -Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting positive reinforcement and alternative, more adaptive behaviors.-Stay informed about current research, best practices, and trends in behavior support through continuous professional development.-Constant Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure consistency in behavior management.-Following an embedded ethos to ensure students can reach their full potential.
