We are looking for a
Senior Information Designer
to join our team as a visual storyteller who can transform complex ideas into clear, creative and impactful visual narratives across digital and print mediums. This is a senior-level creative role with a strong background in visual communication, data interpretation and content design. The successful candidate will lead on creating compelling visual content, collaborating with strategists, editors and designers to produce high-quality assets for editorial, marketing and client-facing projects.Key Responsibilities
Translate complex research findings and strategic insights into visually engaging formatsDesign visually compelling content for both digital and print, including infographics, illustrations, reports, ebooks, and campaign materialsDevelop creative concepts and visual treatments based on client briefs and brand guidelinesCreate assets for interactive content and animated explainers (storyboards and icon sets)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual storytellingBuild and manage a library of modular design templates and reusable assetsPresent design ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, adapting based on feedbackManage time and project streams independently, while seeking continuous improvement and innovation in design approachesRequired Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in information design, graphic design and/or visual storytellingA portfolio showcasing a range of data visualisation projects including infographics, long-form content, and marketing assetsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, with an emphasis on FigmaProficiency in Photoshop, with familiarity in After Effects and Acrobat as a plusStrong ability to interpret and visualise complex data sets with narrative clarityExperience in basic UX design and wireframing (simple campaign sites and scrollytelling)Experience designing for animation and developing assets for motion graphicsConfident in setting or advising on visual direction for varied content formatsDemonstrated ability to design adaptable, brand-consistent visuals for diverse platformsHigh attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual alignmentAbility to work across multiple brand styles and tone of voicesExperience managing client relationships and working independently on project deliveryBackground in B2B, tech, or professional services sectors is highly desirableComfortable collaborating with developers on interactive visual projectsKnowledge of Wagtail as well as other platforms for scrollytelling and reporting (Shorthand or Turtl is a bonus)What’s in it for You?
