Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturday Mornings until lunchtime with a strong bonus structure, salary basic starts at 27k Job Duties Include: Dealing with Customer both face to face and over the phone Booking in Services, MOTs and any Warranty work Provide the aftersales support for all customers keeping them updated at each step Working well within a team Requirements: Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor role is essential Knowledge of Kerridge/Pinnacle systems is also essential You must have a professional manner and excellent customer service skills Reasons to apply; Strong Bonus Structure in place Excellent training programme if required Main dealership stability This is a great opportunity to join a busy and thriving team where you will be a valued member of the team.
