Deputy Renewals ManagerLancing (Hybrid)£35,000 - £40,000 + benefitsReporting into the Renewals Manager, you ll step into a deputy management position here, providing hands-on leadership experience to a team of 6 existing business Account Handlers.Work flexibly with hybrid options (2 days a week from home after probation), allowing you to balance your professional growth with your personal life. You ll also benefit from a generous pension scheme and increasing holiday entitlement - 28 days to start, rising to 32 after 2 years service, giving you more time to recharge as you progress.
