Working with one of the largest British furniture retailers in the Country that continues to grow year on year we are excited to be recruiting for a Drivers Mate/Warehouse Operative for a full time, temp to perm vacancy starting as soon as possible. Work Monday to Friday only, have your weekends to yourself.

You will be delivering home furnishings to residential properties.

Job Details:

• Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday, no weekends
• Start Time: 12.00 pm until finish
• Shift Duration: (min 8 guaranteed pay)
• Location: Basildon, SS16
• Pay: -13.68 per hour-which is inclusive of holiday pay. Pay is fortnightly on set pay days.
• Type: Full Time

Job Role - This is a Mixture of Drivers Mate and Warehouse work

• Delivery of home furnishings - beds, sofas wardrobes etc
• Either Door step delivery or delivery to room of customer choice, routing is sensible
• Some White Glove service, unbox, remove rubbish product install, (Not Flat Pack)
• Part of a driver-driver crew
• Pre-planned routes in a driver-driver crew
• Stock rotation
• Loading and unloading vehicles of furniture

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: -13.68 including holiday pay
• Pay is fortnightly on set pay days.
• Strictly no umbrellas companies. PAYE
• Temp to perm with an ASAP start
