Compensation and Benefits Manager ResponsibilitiesAs the Compensation and Benefits Manager some of your duties will include: Collaborating with executive team leaders, HR and global teams to set the compensation and benefits strategy on a global scaleProviding guidance and recommendations on salary benchmarking aligned to budgets and market standardsMaintaining a working knowledge of global legislations around compensation and benefitsAdvising HRBPs on job evaluations, job gradings and benchmarkingProviding guidance for salary reviews, performance related pay and sales incentives Providing guidance and regularly reviewing global benefits offering to ensure competitive benefits programmes, and endorsing improvements to maximise retentionSupporting and guiding talent team on performance management processes, designing systems linked to business objectives and linking rewards appropriately Compensation and Benefits Manager RewardsThis is a full-time permanent position, working a minimum of 2 days a week on-site in Oxford.
