Air Conditioning Sales Manager - Dartford, Kent / South East

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Sales Executive to join a leading HVAC contractor. This will be an office based and mobile role. Ideal candidates will be situated in or within reasonable distance of Dartford.

Our client, a well-established and growing HVAC business, is looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson with a strong background in air conditioning and ventilation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional with excellent customer-facing skills and proven success in sales and quoting to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

This will be a mobile role with office support, covering London, Kent, and surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Conducting site surveys for new client enquiries

• Preparing and issuing detailed quotations for AC projects

• Following up on outstanding proposals to secure work

• Managing client communications in a professional and timely manner

• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate lead times, pricing, and specs

• Maintaining records of quotes, enquiries, and conversion rates

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Staying up to date with product developments in the HVAC market

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry

• Strong sales and estimating/quoting background

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proficient in using CRMs, basic marketing tools, and IT systems

• Full UK driving licence

• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused

Salary & Package:

• Basic salary -30,000 - -40,000 (depending on experience and pipeline)

• Commission potential up to -90,000

• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 (flexibility required)

• Office and mobile-based role

• Company laptop, phone, and credit card provided

• 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to purchase more
