Our team’s passion and care make Togather a great place to work.The Role:We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive Togather’s growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will support key clients in booking their ideal partners on our platform, achieve revenue targets, and motivate the sales team. This role offers significant opportunities to impact the business and grow professionally.The responsibilities include:Focusing on outbound business development by exploring new sectors and clients.Converting inbound leads from major corporate clients and assisting them in booking suppliers.Driving recurring revenue through regular engagement via email, phone, and LinkedIn.Developing expertise in the event industry, including top suppliers and venues.Managing personal sales metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates.Cross-selling to existing clients by introducing new suppliers, such as upselling a venue client to include photographers or florists.Contributing to system and process improvements to streamline sales cycles.The ideal candidate will be ambitious, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key requirements include:Experience in sales or customer-focused roles, with inbound and outbound sales skills.Ability to own targets and understand sales processes.Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.Excellent communication skills and a passion for the events industry.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and processes.Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting targets.A genuine interest in the events space.Our London office operates on a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.We value diversity and are committed to equal opportunities.
