The school is seeking a proactive team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a short-term placement for the right SEMH Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position will involve working with students between Key Stage 2 Key Stage 4 years with diagnosis of SEMH / Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.
