It''s a chance to connect hearts, build partnerships, and grow a vital community giving programme from 310,000 to 650,000 over the next three years.Key Responsibilities:Implementing and developing donor acquisition and retention strategies across the local area.Identifying external networks that will support and grow funding capabilities.Lead outreach efforts to engage new local community partners and be the key point of contact for organisations.Identifying and securing community grants and funding from local appeals.Plan and deliver engaging stewardship events for key audiences.Oversee and attend bucket collections and charity stalls at public and private events.Analysing the effectiveness of fundraising initiatives to ensure targets are met.Providing exceptional stewardship to supporters.
