You''ll work closely with the Financial Controller providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations to help shape business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, including: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Variance analysisProduce weekly performance dashboards covering occupancy, rates, revenue, and operational KPIsSupport preparation of board packs, delivering accurate, timely, and well-explained financial dataProvide insightful commentary on financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver high-quality management accounting and reporting outputsProvide commercial insights.The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent). A confident communicator able to present financial information clearly.
