Receptionist (Temporary) Location: Theale Rate: 13- 14 per hourWe are seeking an experienced and confident Receptionist to join us on a temporary basis for a few weeks in Theale. This is a busy, varied role where you''ll be the welcoming face of the organisation, working alongside a supportive and friendly team.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all visitors, delivering excellent service with a positive, professional attitude.Manage all incoming calls to the office.Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area.Arrange lunches and provide refreshments for meetings and events.Handle incoming and outgoing post, including arranging couriers when required.Serve as a First Aider/Fire Warden (training provided).Coordinate the reception rota to ensure holiday and lunch cover.Assist colleagues and visitors with office-related queries.Process invoices, support debt chasing, and update contact lists and directories.Print, bind, and prepare documents as necessary.Arrange hotel accommodation for staff.Support the Admin team with various ad-hoc tasks to help maintain a positive workplace culture and a well-presented office.Skills and ExperienceStrong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.Professional, friendly, and well-presented.Proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.Highly organised with strong attention to ..... full job details .....
