This is a great opportunity to progress your career as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive team.ABOUT THE ROLESenior Planners are a valuable part of their business, and this role will encompass ensuring adequacy of the planning and programming of projects. Whilst providing functional leadership and following company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achieved.As our Senior Planner you will:Work with the site team and main contractor to ensure the projects have fully integrated programmes sequenced in the correct manner to allow the successful completion of the projectThoroughly study specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents/ correspondence in conjunction with engineers and surveyors to ensure adequacy of the planning and programming of projectsCarry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progressLiaise with the project team to ensure progress reports, progress percentages and drop-down programmes, are produced and issued in accordance with company procedures and project requirements to allow proper management and commercial protection to be achievedHave an understanding of MEP packages across the industry to apply to MEP projects working alongside - ideally from an MEP background but not necessary.WHAT WE OFFERCar Allowance or Company CarTravel covered to any of our sitesExtensive benefits including, Private Medical, Pension, Health and Wellness programme, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and much more…Range of learning and development activity to support your career progression
