We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the automotive sector that is looking to strengthen its in-house payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a fast-paced, supportive environment, processing payroll for approximately 8,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Full end-to-end processing of a monthly payroll for around 1,200 colleagues
* Investigating and resolving payroll queries accurately and efficiently
* Calculating and raising manual payments as required, ensuring proper documentation
* Applying a thorough knowledge of statutory payments including Maternity, Paternity, and Shared Parental Leave
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll processes

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a payroll team is essential
* Skilled in performing manual payroll calculations
* Strong communicator with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
* Familiar with modern payroll software systems such as PeopleXD (Access), SuccessFactors (SAP), Oracle, Dayforce (Ceridian), or Workday
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel - including knowledge of VLOOKUPs
* CIPP qualification is desirable but not essential
