Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator / Sales Support professional to join their team. This will be initially for a temporary period of 2 months, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.This is a varied and busy role supporting the Customer Services and Sales teams. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you''ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day to day operations, providing excellent service to both clients and suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and issuing client quotationsRequesting pricing and quotations from suppliersAssisting with cost plansProcessing supplier purchase ordersChasing order acknowledgements and carrying out outbound quality callsHandling customer telephone and email enquiriesMaintaining and updating project filesChecking and validating supplier acknowledgementsLiaising with sales support teams regarding pricing and specification queriesSkills and Experience RequiredProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)Highly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent telephone manner and customer ..... full job details .....
