The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates, and consistently delivering high-quality results. You will also act as a mentor to junior consultants, supporting their development and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk within the education sector
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Proactively win new business and develop existing accounts
• Meet and exceed individual billing targets
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Ensure high standards of compliance and service delivery

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong billing track record
• Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Ambitious, driven, and target-focused
