Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, developing business strategies, and maintaining budgets. The role also involves coordination with various departments, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in managing bars, clubs, restaurants, or similar venues with a large capacity

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to develop and implement business strategies

Budget management and financial oversight skills

Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional activities

Understanding of health and safety regulations

Organisational and multitasking skills

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
