You will be part of a team driving engineering excellence and innovation across engine systems development.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute core engine system validation activitiesSupport new product development and resolve technical issuesConduct FMEA and risk assessments to determine design and validation needsPlan, perform, and analyse component and system testsFacilitate and participate in design reviewsInvestigate and resolve production, test, and field issues - developing both immediate containment and long-term solutionsCollaborate with suppliers, global manufacturing teams, and engineering stakeholdersAbout YouEssential Requirements:HNC or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)At least 3 years of development engineering experienceTechnical knowledge of core engine systems (eg rotating systems, valvetrain, castings, lubrication, cooling, or breather systems)Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical validationSelf-driven with strong planning and project delivery skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesDesirable:Experience with diesel or ..... full job details .....
