Role: Management Accountant - 40,000 to 50,000 We are partnering with a well-established and growing business SME, operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance.This is a hands-on, varied position offering full exposure across management accounts, reporting, and business partnering, with the opportunity to add real value through insight and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts with full analysis and commentarySupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisBusiness partner with operational teams to support decision makingMaintain and reconcile the general ledger and key balance sheet accountsOversee accruals, prepayments, and journal postingsManage cashflow forecasting and working capital reportingComplete VAT returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsMaintain the fixed asset register and oversee capital expenditure trackingSupport year-end audit and liaise with external auditorsIdentify and drive process improvements across the finance functionAssist with ad-hoc analysis and finance projects as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForPart-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experienceStrong background in management accounting within an SME environmentExcellent Excel skills and strong attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable working with non-finance stakeholdersAbility to work in a ..... full job details .....
