We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager to join our team, focusing on the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social housing projects and a proven track record in delivering adaptations, particularly under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple contracts within the social housing sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage DFG-related projects, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

• Monitor project performance and report on progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in contract management within the social housing sector.

• Proven track record in delivering DFG adaptations or similar disability-related projects.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running.
