We re on the lookout for a Quality Improvement Officer (South) to join a well established Ofsted grade 2 apprenticeship training provider. Our client are a big player within the training space, with 8,500+ apprentices on program through both direct and sub contracted delivery. Role: Quality Improvement Officer (South) Location: Hybrid with travel Midlands, East of England, South West, South East, or London Salary: Up to £37,500 + all travel paid for Hours: Full time 35 hours per week Quality Improvement Officer (South) Are you passionate about raising standards in apprenticeship delivery? We re looking for a proactive Quality Improvement Officer to join our team and support quality enhancement across our centres, subcontractors, and employer sites. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you ll: Conduct quality reviews and observations Evaluate teaching, learning, assessment, safeguarding, and the wider apprentice experience Lead improvement conversations and shape action plans Use data and feedback to drive real, positive change Support CPD and help staff deliver their best You ll work closely with the Quality Improvement Manager (South) to deliver our improvement strategy and make a tangible impact on learner outcomes.
