Regional Sales Director Enterprise

you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances. You are a well-connected professional with a strong business mindset and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.In this role, you will lead large-scale sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, and develop tailored solutions that address customer needs. Additionally, you will provide strategic leadership to a small team across different countries, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.You will be fully accountable for managing sales, revenue, and EBIT, while continuously optimizing costs to align with market conditions and maintain a strong EBIT ratio.Responsibilities

Sales Strategy

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenueMonitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shiftsWork closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and successIdentify and recruit new partners that align with the company’s strategic goalsManage and nurture existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansionDay-to-Day Activities

Manage the sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capture themAnalyze performance data, identify trends, and create reports to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansionAttend partner meetings and negotiations to strengthen relationshipsYour Profile

Experience managing both the strategic direction and tactical execution of partner activities in a collaborative, matrixed environmentAbility to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level stakeholdersExtensive experience working with partners, channels, and integrators, specifically large-scale systems integrators, to build strategic programs that drive awareness, demand, and salesExperience building and scaling technology, ISV, and OEM partners as part of an overall partner strategyExtensive, proven experience building and managing channel programs in software sales, with a track record of global growth and expansionExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsNative speaker in Italian and full proficiency/ strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishThis is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic partnerships and expanding market presence in a high-growth environment.If you’re ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
