Assistant Site Manager
ACR are currently working with a industry leading housbuilder who are looking to recruit a Assitant Site Manager to work on a traditional scheme ranging upto 100 units. This is a Tempory to Permananet role. Duties Include: Ensure compliance with construction methods, health and safety regulations, and company policies, supporting the site manager in corrective actions and risk management. Coordinate with utility companies, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services. Attend and support weekly site meetings, promoting communication, standards, and safety. Maintain site presentation, secure necessary documentation, and manage site inductions for all personnel. Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety practices, accident reporting, and environmental policies. Oversee and maintain quality control, including inspections, snagging, and ensuring quality standards for trades and materials. Provide support in customer-facing activities, including home demonstrations, service visits, and addressing customer queries and issues.
