As one of two Product Marketing Managers on the team, you’ll take full ownership of customer conversion—from first impression to paid upgrade—crafting messaging, content, and experiences that move users to action.You’ll work closely with our engagement-focused PMM to ensure the full customer journey feels joined-up and cohesive. Together, you’ll shape how we position the product, tell our story, and drive growth at every stage.You’ll also:Lead the strategy, content, and performance of our product landing pagesWrite and test high-impact copy across paid channels, CTAs, and onboarding flowsUse data, A/B tests, and funnel insights to improve conversion across the buying journeyManage our presence on review platforms and app stores—ensuring messaging is sharp and up to dateSupport sales with collateral that clearly communicates value and helps close dealsRun upgrade campaigns and create targeted messaging to deepen product adoptionWhat you won’t be doingCovering the entire product marketing lifecycle.

Your focus will be on conversion—from first impression to paid upgrade—while working closely with our engagement-focused PMM, who owns the post-acquisition journey. You’ll be part of a small, cross-functional team.We’d love to hear from you if you:Have extensive experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS or techAre a strong writer with a portfolio of copy that drives actions—landing pages, CTAs, and adsAre experienced with A/B testing and comfortable using tools like GA, Hotjar, or UnbounceThink analytically, using data to guide decisionsUnderstand conversion psychology and how to design user journeys that persuadeLove owning projects from brief to execution—and iterating to improve resultsInstinctively know when to take your time - and when to get things done quicklyCome up with alternative ideas that accomplish goals with less complexityAre based in UTC-5 to UTC+2 time zonesCan speak and write in English fluently (and persuasively!)About Circuit

Our hiring process for this role has five stages and usually takes about three weeks. Each step provides an opportunity to ask questions. All meetings are via video call.Step 1:

45-minute video call with Director of Talent Acquisition, Sadie, to learn about Circuit and culture.Step 2:

Video call with the hiring manager, Fernando (Marketing Director) for -45 minutes to discuss role and experience.Step 3:

Take-home assignment (6–8 hours); compensation provided for your time.Step 4:

Follow-up call with Fernando and Chloe (PMM—Engagement) to discuss assignment and meet more team members.Step 5:
