Sales Team Manager-

Monday - friday 8:30am-5:30pm-

Hybrid - 3 days office-

Salary up to -40,000 depending on expereince-

Performance based bonus-

Responsibilities:

• To assume day-2-day responsibility for the performance of a Business Development team of between 8-12 agents.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues
• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
• General management of the team including Training, Coaching & Motivation
• To monitor Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for ensuring both the necessary volume and quality of calls is achieved to meet company high standards.
• Create, develop, and implement new account acquisition and customer retention plans.
• Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for senior management.
• To motivate, inspire and lead by example to ensure your teams success.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years+ in a SALES TEAM MANAGER role-
• Experience of running a successful sales team with individual team targets.
• Analytical with previous experience in preparation of sales plans and reports.
• Strategic, results driven individual with commercial business acumen.
• Proven track record in key account acquisition.
• Strong management skills, including performance management, coaching, succession planning and career development.
• Previous experience working within business development and/or account management.
• Track record of delivering results in fast paced, competitive industry.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
• Strong presentation skills.
