The Role The school are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is suitable for both part-time and full-time applicants, but you must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.This is an excellent opportunity for those with mainstream school experience who are looking to transition into a SEND setting. Some pupils present with complex behaviours associated with their additional needs, so patience, resilience, and a positive approach are essential.Key DutiesSupport pupils in class, one-to-one, and in small groups as a Teaching Assistant. Assist with tailored learning programmes and daily routines. Support behaviour management while promoting independence and confidence.
