This prestigious luxury department store is seeking a highly driven area sales manager for its beauty department in Central London. With a focus on premium beauty products and exceptional customer service, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in one of London''s most iconic retail locations.

As an area sales manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the beauty department, including team management, sales targets, stock control, and customer service. You''ll lead by example, motivating your team to deliver outstanding service while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, preferably in a beauty or luxury setting, and a deep understanding of the beauty industry. You should be able to lead a team effectively, possess exceptional customer service skills, and be results-oriented.
