You ll lead the organisation s property portfolio, making sure homes are well maintained, sustainable, and fit for the future. You ll develop the Asset Management and Growth Strategy, help decide where to invest, and lead work on new opportunities, property purchases, sales, and regeneration projects to improve the portfolio and support the organisation s growth.
