The RoleIn this role you will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs across both Key stage 3 and key stage 4. You will work closely with the pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis to support them across a range of academic lessons. You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers.
