We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and structures. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of metalworking techniques, tools, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.

• Fabricate and install ductwork, flashings, roofing components, and other custom metal parts.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, and rollers.

• Perform welding, soldering, or riveting when required.

• Assemble and secure metal parts by bolting, screwing, or welding.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and proper fit.

• Follow safety guidelines and ensure work complies with building codes and industry standards.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sheet metal worker (typically 2+ years preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings.

• Proficient in the use of metal fabrication tools and equipment.

• Experience with HVAC duct systems, architectural sheet metal, or industrial sheet metal work is a plus.

• Welding or soldering certification is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
