Tender Co-Ordinator / Estimator Full-Time PermanentThe Role Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for developing winning tender strategies, preparing accurate estimates, and coordinating comprehensive tender submissions.This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship management skills. You will ensure all tenders are competitively structured, commercially sound, and professionally presented - minimising risk while delivering first-class service to clients.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement winning tender strategiesProduce detailed and competitive cost estimatesAnalyse tender opportunities and make informed bid/no-bid recommendationsCoordinate the full tender return documentation and submission processReview and manage historical cost data and market trendsMaintain and develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsLead and support client presentations and pre-contract meetingsEnsure compliance with Building Regulations, Planning Regulations, and relevant legislationManage pre-contract documentation and handover to delivery teamsControl and monitor costs associated with tendersEnsure high standards of health and safety and compliance with company policies About You We are looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills.Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in estimating and tender coordination ..... full job details .....
