As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in the commercial success of our business by ensuring that developments are sold in a timely manner to ensure ongoing financial success. Key Responsibilities: Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and the sale of finishing touches, to ensure achievement of sales targets. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information.
