Established in 1994, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation.JOB OVERVIEWThis post will be based on a Mobile role, covering predominantly Aberdeen although our area does cover from Dundee all the way up to Inverness.Their client base include but are not limited to Commercial office blocks and industrial units, Retail and Student Accommodation.They are now recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a facilities maintenance background.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, and AHUs.Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.Conduct system inspections, pressure testing, and leak detection in accordance with F-Gas regulations.Work on electrical systems related to HVAC units, including control panels, wiring, and fault-finding.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all work meets industry standards.Provide excellent customer service while liaising with clients, site managers, and contractors.Keep detailed service records and complete job reports promptly.Maintenance, repairs and all general Air Conditioning duties, including being able to assist with ..... full job details .....
