What Youll Be Doing:Lead and shape

the full beverage operation

from drinks strategy and staffing to service excellence.Deliver an

exceptional guest experience , managing drinks service across day and evening wedding celebrations.Be the

face of the bar

building trust with wedding couples, consulting on drink packages, and adding a personal touch to their big day.Recruit, train, and inspire

your own team to deliver memorable, polished, and personal service every time.Stay on top of

industry trends

seasonal cocktails, premium spirits, and creative menu development are all in your hands.

Were Looking For Someone Who:Has

proven experience

managing a high-volume or premium bar.Is

passionate about hospitality , thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and brings energy and creativity to every shift.Understands the

full commercial picture

from stock control and GP to rota planning, payroll, and cellar management.Is a
