They pride themselves on maintaining a compliant, safe and collaborative working environment where leaders are empowered to make decisions and drive continuous improvement.DescriptionOversee daily route planning and delivery operations across the Birmingham hub.Utilise TMS and routing systems to ensure customer requirements, time windows and weight limits are met.Monitor OTIF performance, temperature control, POD completion and investigate any discrepancies.Manage senior drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective debriefs and adherence to process.Ensure full legal fleet compliance, daily driver checks and timely repair or hire of vehicles when required.Conduct driver spot checks, oversee seasonal resource planning and liaise with agencies for cover.Maintain strong communication with the London transport team, ACMs and all hub staff.Uphold health and safety, BRC standards, hub cleanliness and all regulatory requirements.Lead driver recruitment, training, behaviour monitoring and performance management.Track and report weekly mileage, manage operational KPIs and maintain a ..... full job details .....
