Site Manager/Supervisor - Social Housing Day rate 200- 250 a day (negotiable)Short term - Temporary contract - 4th-22nd AugustBased in London - Elephant and CastlePrevious experience working on an external cladding remediation project within social housing is essential for this role.We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager or experienced Supervisor to deliver an external refurbishment project in Elephant and Castle.This is a client facing role, you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers. You must have experience of delivering similar projects with a reputable contractor, delivering projects on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.We are looking for a hands on Site Manager, with a proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.
