You will manage complex projects and collaborate closely with a team of highly skilled designers committed to making every human interaction visual, audial, and haptic - amazing for our users.Job DescriptionManage daily/weekly/yearly work distribution and resourcingPartner with International Design Lead Producer on workload prioritisation.Document and communicate status/assignment to international teams.Lead in managing design workflows with engineering teams and communicate international needs effectively.Work with product and engineering teams on planning and roadmapping. Effectively communicating needs and urgency with ease.Identify feature opportunities early; create documentation to align stakeholders.Implement new processes to streamline work/communication and planning.ResponsibilitiesManage cross-functional relationships and partnerships while representing the design team.Lead high visibility studio projects that impact several apps at once.Facilitate meetings, design reviews, brainstorms, and workshops.Track and report project health weekly, including risks and timelines.Triage requests, negotiate priorities, and ensure timely design ..... full job details .....
