The successful candidates will be responsible for CNC milling of aerospace components in strict accordance with manufacturing instructions, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Pay Rate: 28.49 Location: Yeovil, SomersetWorking hours: Sun - Mon, 22:00 - 07:00 (8.5 hrs)Mon - Fri, 00:00 - 07:00 (6.5 hrs)Key Responsibilities:Programming, setting, and operating 3-axis CNC milling centresOperator Control of Quality (OCQ) to ensure precision and complianceInterpretation of engineering drawings and adherence to process documentationMeeting production schedules by ensuring timely and accurate completion of workQualifications and Experience:Engineering apprenticeship (desirable but not essential)Proven knowledge and experience in CNC milling operationsProficiency in the use of precision hand measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, thread, and plug gaugesCommitment to maintaining high health and safety standardsExperience working within a customer-focused manufacturing environmentSkills and Attributes:Understanding of aerospace manufacturing practices and safety-critical work requirementsCompetency in PC use and company operating systemsAbility to work effectively in a team, demonstrate flexibility, and use initiativeCommitment to continuous improvement and adherence to company processes and proceduresPlease note that a drug screening is required as part ..... full job details .....
