What you''ll be doing...As a Hospitality Host, you will be the welcoming face of our service, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional, and attentive experience. You''ll play a key role in creating a positive environment by anticipating needs, providing excellent customer service, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations.Greet and welcome guests, patients, or visitors with professionalism and warmth

Provide information, guidance, and assistance in a friendly and approachable manner

Ensure service areas are clean, presentable, and fully stocked at all times

Support the delivery of food and beverage services, where applicable

Respond promptly and effectively to guest queries, feedback, or complaints

Collaborate with catering, facilities, or front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service

Maintain high standards of personal appearance, conduct, and customer care

Follow health and safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures in line with site requirements

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive or clinical environments (e.g. hospitals)

What can you bring?

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanour

Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable

Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy or sensitive environment

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Willingness to work as part of a team and take initiative

Understanding of hygiene and safety standards (especially in healthcare settings, if applicable)
