IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology TrainerA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join our Manchester based global law firm on a permanent basis.IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology TrainerResponsibilities and Duties:* Provide face to face and virtual classroom and one-on-one training, floor walking, labs and personal consulting sessions.* Independently develop learning courseware and end user documentation, consistently resolving issues or queries to ensure courseware is in a final state.* Develop eLearning modules as required for projects and business as usual learning to supplement and/or replace IT training classes.* Independently ensure learning courseware and end user documentation is regularly reviewed and updated for continued accuracy.* Ensure all learning function administrative processes are adhered to and completed in a timely manner.* Ensure preventative maintenance routines on training PC''s are followed to ensure images are appropriately prepared for training delivery.* Participate in a positive proactive working relationship between the IT Learning andamp; Development team, other IT departmental teams and our customers.IT Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology TrainerKnowledge, Sills and Experience:* Experience of training delivery/development in a similar role at a similar level* Proficient in development of eLearning modules with Articulate or Captivate.* Legal training experience a plus.* ..... full job details .....
