We are recruiting for an SC Cleared Export Despatch Administrator for a leading IT service provider based in Hatfield. We are looking for someone with knowledge of international shipping processes and who has previous experience of working in a Logistics environment. The successful candidate should have experience of creating commercial invoices and submitting customs declarations. Full training of company systems and processes will be given. Duties will include:Checking and amending customs invoice paperworkMonitoring work queues in SAPAmending and updating orders in WMCSBooking export shipments with carriers and responsible for preparing export paperwork documentationPhysically checking and preparing items and pallets for shipmentLiaising with account teams regarding export shipmentsCreating customs declarations prior to export despatchThis is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35. ..... full job details .....
