Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Location: East Midlands, Derbyshire, Etwall

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm

Salary: £240 - £250 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Scaffold, Driving Licence

A prestigious Housing Developer are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Derbyshire.

Offering long term temp or temp to perm for the right candidate.

Start date: Wednesday 23rd July

Candidate MUST have house building experience and SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Scaffold tickets.

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid certification
• Scaffold ticket
• Valid driving licence

Prior experience in house building projects

• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills

This role involves working on a construction site, adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
