Over the past decade we''ve built something truly special: a kind, commercially serious, employee-owned consultancy that does exceptional work in health and care. This role combines strategic leadership of the organisation with hands-on responsibility for its commercial sustainability, culture, and external relationships. You''ll work alongside a talented, committed team, in a self-managing organisation to build our consultancy business aligned to our purpose and values as an organisation.
