OverviewJoin the Evolve Graduate Programme at Ridge and Partners LLP. The two-year programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy working on projects from individual buildings to large-scale infrastructure across the UK.

Applications are open for the Autumn 2026 Evolve graduate programme. Apply online by 14 December 2025 and be ready for virtual assessments and in-person interviews early in the New Year. Successful candidates will have an offer by April 2026 for a start in Autumn.

What you will doYou’ll have early exposure to real-life projects by working closely with colleagues, clients and sub-contractors. You will be part of expert teams across a range of Built Environment disciplines and contribute to delivering client outcomes.

Opportunities by disciplineFrom our 14 UK locations, the programme covers a wide range of opportunities including Building Services Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management / Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil and Structural Engineering, Town and Country Planning, and Digital Engineering (BIM).

I have a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a subject relevant to the discipline

I am available to start work full-time from 5 October 2026

Development and supportYour development is our priority. In your first two years you can expect:

Professional support : If you don’t have an industry-related degree, we’ll support and fund you to start a degree apprenticeship so you can become fully qualified in your chosen discipline. If you want to pursue a Master’s degree, we can fund that too. If you already hold an accredited degree, you will have guidance and support to gain your professional chartership.

Technical learning : A full timetable of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities—webinars, short courses and masterclasses—to enhance your skills in focused areas. An experienced mentor will be assigned to you as a trusted advisor throughout the programme.

Personal skills : A tailored development plan mapping opportunities for growth (soft skills and leadership). You’ll become a STEM ambassador, represent Ridge at industry events, and help shape future talent. You’ll also join our Future Talent Community to network with fellow graduates and apprentices. Your buddy will provide day-to-day support.

Your two-year programme will fly by and is just the beginning. After completion, you’ll progress into your chosen field within Ridge.
