Start Date: 30/03/26 Duration: 7 Months Location: Yard in Bordesley Green (On the road ) Employment Type: Contract Payment: PAYE Grab Ticket Mandatory Job Overview We are currently recruiting for experienced Grab Lorry Drivers to support ongoing roadworks projects. This is an 8-month contract starting Monday. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating a grab lorry to assist with the movement and removal of materials on active highway and road construction sites. This work will take you across the Midlands, This may require you to stay away from home for a couple nights a week - Accommodation will be provided and a food allowance will be also be given to you. Key Responsibilities Operating a grab lorry to collect, move, and deliver materials to and from site Assisting roadworks teams with muck away, aggregate deliveries, and site clearances Working alongside traffic management and site supervisors Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects Ensuring all loads are secured and transported safely Adhering to all site health and safety and highway regulations Requirements Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence (minimum) Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous experience operating a grab lorry (essential) Experience working within roadworks or highways environment preferred Good knowledge of health and safety procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team What We Offer 7 months of steady work Opportunity to work on ..... full job details .....
